PHP script 'C:\wamp\www\SOFIWEB_backup\index.php' is protected by SourceGuardian and requires a SourceGuardian loader 'ixed.5.4ts.win' to be installed.

1) Click here to download the required 'ixed.5.4ts.win' loader from the SourceGuardian site
2) Install the loader to C:\wamp\bin\php\php5.4.3\ext
3) Edit C:\wamp\bin\apache\apache2.2.22\bin\php.ini and add 'extension=ixed.5.4ts.win' directive
4) Restart the web server
